   1. How do I know if I’m eligible for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and a proof of purchase is required

   2 .How long does it take for a refund?

It takes 2-7 business day for a refund to deposit.
 

  3. Missing or late refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

   4. Can I return or exchange sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

   5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or you can return your item at our location. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

   6. What is the shipping address to return items?
